1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CMSG.cc link shortening service ("Service"), operated by Favrs, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CMSG.cc provides a link shortening and tracking service for SMS and MMS messaging campaigns. The Service creates shortened URLs that redirect to destination pages and records engagement data such as click counts.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to businesses and individuals who operate messaging campaigns through authorized platforms. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or deceptive links
• Violate any applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service

We reserve the right to disable any shortened link or suspend any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Data Collection

When a shortened link is clicked, we may collect information including IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamp. This data is used to provide engagement analytics to the account holder who created the link. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Favrs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Favrs, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
